If you love farm weddings – brace yourself! We are so excited to share Rosey & Cole’s farm wedding on the blog! They completely transformed their farm into a wedding venue – with lots of help from family & friends, but we were blown away with how beautiful they decorated the barn & their ceremony overlooking Cole’s parent’s neighboring farm made for one of our favorite ceremony sites of all time. Just one more reminder – THIS. IS. THEIR. FARM.
About three weeks before Rosey & Cole’s wedding, we took a trip to their property to scope out some portrait locations. Rosey warned us that we might not have much time for photos on the day of the wedding because they were going to be shuttling guests to their ceremony site by HAYRIDE. CAN YOU PICTURE A COOLER WAY TO GET TO & FROM A CEREMONY AT A FARM WEDDING? NO – YOU CAN’T.
Their ceremony site in the woods, under all of the fall foliage, is one that we will forever remember. Guests filed into the barn after the ceremony. The barn was lit with the prettiest lights – which made for beautiful dancing photos. We joked with them that they could get away with making their property a wedding venue… but we were totally serious. The beautiful flowers & bouquets were provided by Designs by Katie. Rosey’s wedding dress is by Bridals by Sandra, located in the Lehigh Valley, & the bridesmaids wore mix & match David’s Bridal dresses.
